Elite International AI Developers
We’ve created over $5 billion in successful B2B software products as Developer-Founders. We have a 20 year track record of recruiting elite engineering teams within budget, and building commercially successful software in healthcare and finance, as well as experience working with AI and ML years before ChatGPT.
Past Projects:
Five9 (NASDAQ: FIVN)
As the founding design and engineering team, we created the first cloud-based contact center SaaS built on VoIP using a SIP stack we developed in-house. Today, Five9 is the leading contact center platform in the world. Our work also involved building AI-driven automated call routing, sentiment analysis models, and real-time speech-to-text transcription using NLP to enhance customer-agent interactions. Additionally, we incorporated machine learning models to optimize workforce management, predictive dialing, and AI-assisted agent coaching.
DoctorBase (now part of Kareo-Tebra)
As the founding engineering team, we built the entire product, including designing product-user virality loops (now copied across the industry) and 13 EHR integrations, all on a bootstrapped budget. The platform grew to 9 million American patients and 18 thousand providers before being acquired by Tebra. AI and ML were integral to automating patient-provider communication, utilizing natural language processing (NLP) to parse patient messages, automate appointment scheduling, and detect high-priority health concerns. Additionally, we developed ML-based recommendation models to optimize patient engagement and retention.
Invitae (now part of LabCorp)
We recruited and placed several teams within the leading genetics testing company in the U.S., designing and building out their customer portal that generated tens of millions in revenue before its acquisition by LabCorp. Our contributions included implementing AI-powered genomic data interpretation tools, automating variant classification using deep learning, and leveraging NLP to extract insights from genetic reports. We also built recommendation engines for clinicians to provide personalized
Finxera (now part of Priority Holdings (NASDAQ:PRTH))
Our team was hired to build out their mobile integrations, which had to sort through terabytes of user data and leverage machine learning using TensorFlow. This project led to a significant revenue boost for the company and saw MAU lift by over 220%. Our ML models processed transaction data, detected anomalies, and improved fraud prevention. Additionally, we implemented AI-driven financial forecasting models, which enhanced user retention and revenue prediction.
Tombo.ai (formerly RecruiterGPT)
Our AI engineers built the entire application to help automate HR Sourcers in their day-to-day tasks. Notable customers include Starbucks, Amazon, and two of the top five largest recruiting agencies in the U.S. market. The platform utilized large language models (LLMs) to automate resume screening, candidate ranking, and personalized outreach. Additionally, reinforcement learning (RL) techniques optimized recruiter workflows, while ML-based entity recognition extracted key candidate attributes from resumes.
Akido Labs
Leveraging machine learning and AI, our engineers helped build a data platform used by some of the country’s largest cities, like San Francisco and Chicago, to drive better public healthcare decisions. We built predictive analytics models to assess healthcare demand, detect public health trends using AI-driven epidemiological forecasting, and utilized NLP for parsing unstructured healthcare data to derive actionable insights.
Nest Genomics
Our engineers were part of the team that built a consumer-friendly genetics platform that makes it easy to implement genetics at the point of care, ensuring HIPAA and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. We developed AI-driven genetic risk assessment models, automated variant classification pipelines, and NLP-based patient genetic report summarization to enhance the accessibility of complex genetic insights.
Asimov
An A16Z-backed biotech startup, Asimov has raised tens of millions of dollars from tier-1 investors to make programmable living cells a reality. We helped recruit critical software engineers for their executive team, whom we have worked with across multiple companies. The software teams we placed developed AI-driven protein design tools, reinforcement learning models for optimizing synthetic biology workflows, and ML-based predictive modeling for cellular behavior.
JetBridge placed the tech lead and helped build the first wide-scale gut testing kits for newborn babies. Tiny Health is a leader in its field and has become a widely shared service among moms on social media. Our work included developing AI-powered microbiome analysis tools that leveraged deep learning to classify bacterial strains, predict gut health outcomes, and provide personalized probiotic recommendations.
Northbeam
We’re both investors in Northbeam as well as software engineers helping to build and scale the world’s leading eCommerce intelligence and AI platform. Northbeam’s Series A was oversubscribed, and the company has become the leading brand in the fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) AI space. Our AI contributions include real-time customer segmentation, ML-driven ad spend optimization, and predictive modeling for eCommerce revenue forecasting.
RisRx
Worked with the executive team to help build key components of their revolutionary drug program intelligence AI platform. By ingesting pharmaceutical data and turning it into actionable real-time insights, RisRx has become one of the fastest-growing health-tech startups in the Orange County area. Our ML models automated drug interaction detection, NLP-powered extraction of medical literature insights, and AI-driven drug efficacy prediction models.
ThreadLive
A data center executive wanted to streamline B2B communications within enterprise sales teams and came to JetBridge to design, build, and deploy the industry’s first multi-threaded, multi-modal messaging solution for complex sales processes. Our AI work included NLP-based sentiment analysis for sales communication, predictive modeling for lead scoring, and chatbot automation for sales rep assistance.
Juice Labs
A startup at the cutting edge of GPU virtualization, Juice Labs needed highly adept AI hardware and software engineers that could reverse-engineer complex Nvidia drivers and help construct an enterprise GPU services solution. Juice has since received significant VC funding from HP (NYSE: HPQ). Our AI contributions included optimizing distributed training of deep learning models, developing GPU scheduling algorithms, and implementing AI-driven load balancing to maximize inference efficiency.
